The kraft mailer moment
Unframed 8×10″ fine-art paper, portrait orientation, HD included. Checkout collects your address. When it arrives: peel the tape at the kitchen table — that’s when it becomes theirs on the wall. We ship to select countries shown at payment (US, CA, UK, EU, AU, and more).
Portraits are generated near a 3:4 ratio. On 8×10″ paper (4:5) we keep the full artwork with a small border when needed — we never stretch your pet.
After payment we place the order with our print partner by hand. In the US that typically means 5–8 business days door to door — a few business days to print and pack, then carrier transit; Canada usually adds a few more for the border, typically 7–10 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed date. We’ll email in Mona’s voice when it ships — and if the address needs a fix.

Sizes at a glance
We ship 8×10″ portrait and 10×8″ landscape. After unlock, DIY labs often use 5×7″ or 8×10″ for portrait, or print square / tall at the lab size that matches your download — never stretch the image.
Shipped print includes HD. DIY unlock is a clean PNG without a watermark — sized for keepsakes, not murals.

Paper & finish
Our shipped print uses fine-art / matte paper. For DIY, matte or fine-art looks more like a painting; glossy can feel like a snapshot.
Framing tip
Shipped prints arrive unframed. At home, use a simple dark, oak, or slim black frame with a small mat. Skip busy ornate frames.
