How does PetMona work?
Upload a clear photo of your pet, choose one of our art styles, and an AI image model generates a stylized portrait — usually within 15–45 seconds. You get a free, watermarked preview first; if you like it, you can unlock a clean high-resolution version for a small one-time payment.
Do you keep my pet's photo?
We store your upload and the generated result so you can finish checkout and download your file. We do not use your photo to train any AI model, and we do not sell photos to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Why is the free preview watermarked?
Generating each image costs us real money in AI compute. The watermark lets you judge the result before paying, while keeping the free tier sustainable.
How much does it cost?
A single HD unlock is $3.99. A pack of 5 unlocks (use across different styles or photos) is $12.99. There is no subscription — you only pay for what you unlock.
Can I use the result commercially (e.g. on merch I sell)?
HD unlocks include a personal-use license — printing for yourself, gifting, and sharing on social media are all fine. If you want to sell products featuring the portrait, contact us for a commercial license.
What if the result doesn't look right, or generation fails?
If a paid generation fails or the file is corrupted, we will re-generate it or refund you — see our Refund & Dispute Policy. Because AI output has natural variation, we can't guarantee a specific artistic result, but we do guarantee you get a usable file for what you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
