A note from Jordan
Maple was twelve the winter I realized our camera roll was full of almost-portraits — blurry sofa shots, grey muzzle half in shadow — and nothing on the wall that felt like her.
Hand-painted commissions were beautiful and out of reach. Filters were cheap and forgettable. I wanted something in between: a portrait you’d hang above the reading chair, priced like a keepsake, not a luxury commission — and a free preview so you never buy a stranger’s face.
PetMona is that atelier. AI helps us paint in minutes; we stay small so we can remake a likeness when it’s wrong, ship kraft-wrapped 8×10″ prints, and keep your photos out of training sets. Maple has her place on the wall now. I hope your companion does too.
