Every framed portrait is printed, assembled, packed and posted by our print partner in the United States. Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is drop-shipped from a marketplace — your portrait does not exist until you order it.

Where we ship the frame
The ready-to-hang 12×16″ currently ships to the United States and Canada. Outside those countries, order the unframed 8×10″ fine-art print instead, or unlock the HD file and frame it locally. Those are the two destinations where the frame arrives intact without the shipping cost swallowing the product; the unframed print travels much more widely.

Framed print questions
Does the price include the HD download?
Yes. Ordering the framed print includes the same HD file you’d get from an unlock — there’s nothing extra to buy.
How long does it take to arrive?
We hand the order to our framing partner right after payment. In the US, plan on typically 5–8 business days door to door — a few business days to print, frame and pack, then carrier transit. Canada usually adds a few more for the border, typically 7–10 business days. It is an estimate from a made-to-order workshop, not a guaranteed date, and you get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
What if I’m not in the US or Canada?
Order the unframed 8×10″ fine-art print instead — it ships to more countries and still includes the HD download — or unlock HD and frame it at a local shop.
Can I get the framed print in landscape orientation?
The ready-to-hang frame is portrait only for now. A landscape portrait ships as an unframed 8×10″ print.
