The ready-to-hang 12×16″ currently ships to the United States and Canada. Outside those countries, order the unframed 8×10″ fine-art print instead, or unlock the HD file and frame it locally. Those are the two destinations where the frame arrives intact without the shipping cost swallowing the product; the unframed print travels much more widely.

Framed print questions

Does the price include the HD download?

Yes. Ordering the framed print includes the same HD file you’d get from an unlock — there’s nothing extra to buy.

How long does it take to arrive?

Payment starts artwork review; it does not send the portrait straight to our framing partner. We assess feasibility and any consolidated changes first, then tell you the expected review or revision time. Production stays paused while you request changes. Once you confirm the current exact final version, it is submitted automatically; any new version cancels the earlier confirmation and must be confirmed again. From submission, delivery is typically 5–8 business days in the US and 7–10 in Canada; these are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

What if I’m not in the US or Canada?

Order the unframed 8×10″ fine-art print instead — it ships to more countries and still includes the HD download — or unlock HD and frame it at a local shop.

Can I get the framed print in landscape orientation?

The ready-to-hang frame is portrait only for now. Landscape artwork ships as an unframed 10×8″ print.

How big is a 12×16″ pet portrait on the wall?
