When does Black Friday pricing start and end?
It runs from Thursday, November 26 at 12:00 am Pacific time through Monday, November 30 at 11:59 pm Pacific time. Checkout applies the discount automatically — there is no code to enter.
Do I have to pay before I see the portrait?
No. You get a free watermarked preview first, and you only pay if you like it. You can make up to three free previews.
Does paying start printing right away?
No. Payment starts artwork review, not printing. Nothing goes to production until you have reviewed and approved the exact print file.
What if the portrait doesn't look like my pet?
Email within 48 hours of receiving it and we will remake it free or refund you.
Will a framed print arrive before Christmas?
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. This page shows the order-by dates we recommend for the best chance of Christmas delivery. A digital portrait is available the moment you unlock it, so it works even at the last minute.
